Our process begins with a free site assessment and consultation. If were a good fit, next we will prepare the floor plan and create renders. Once your satisfied, we then proceed to engineering and building permits. Upon approval, your ADU will be completed for a guaranteed price! While there are many more steps, the process is pretty straightforward. We handle all the details on your behalf.
ADU’s also known as mother-in-law suites or granny flats are a great way to provide more living space or earn extra income by renting it out.
Whether the unit is attached to the home, built into or placed over a garage or perhaps a stand-alone structure in the backyard, we can help from start to finish!
Unlike many builders in San Diego, we are prefab experts. Our prefab and modular ADUS are built for as much as 50% less than site built!
